Gibson - Discovery Road Tempranillo
A 2018 Tempranillo from Barossa Valley.
This variety was crushed and seeded, then fermented for 5-6 days. Matured in second use French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
It was bottled without filtration or fining.
Soft red berry and blue fruit aromas followed by cedar and spice.
The juicy palate is balanced with dry, chocolate like tannins making this Tempranillo a great food wine.
