23rd St Signature Rum
Made from Australian sugar cane, this brass-gold coloured rum offers attractive aromas of raw sugar, date cake, banana bread and a light caney freshness. Medium bodied flavours hinting at molasses, liquorice root and plantain are followed by vanilla fudge, banana confectionary and a sprinkling of spice.
