Ada Mad Hattie Red
Grenache for this wine was fermented as 100% whole bunch for a short 5 day maceration before being pressed to French oak barriques. The Shiraz component was pressed without maceration straight to stainless steel. The two wines were blended just prior to bottling.
Creating a fruit forward, vibrant spicy light wine. Tastes of red fruits with subtle baking spices and sour cherries. 65% Grenache & 35% Shiraz.
