Ch LES MESCLANCES Romane - Red
A well-balanced wine, delightful and full bodied. The vinification process begins with cold prefermentation maceration, at 8oC, for 3 days followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. It is aged on the rack for one year in stainless steel vessels and then blended. On the nose, it has scents of red berries, cherries and liquorice. On the palate it is supple and harmonious with fine stretched tannins.
