Okayama Barley Shochu Daido Mumon 720ml 25%
Okayama Barley Shochu uses locally sourced ‘Nijo’ barley from the Okayama Prefecture to create an exquisite barley based Shochu. It has been packaged in a Kuromino ware vase, with artwork created by master calligrapher and resident of Okayama, Ryuji Katayama.
Nose: Fragrant on the nose.
Palate: A rich and mellow flavour with notes of oak, caramel and barley.
Finish: The finish is long with the lingering taste of wild berries.
